Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, the purchased items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. The items must be in new, unopened, and original condition. Items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact me within the specified 14-day return window. You can reach out to me at info@ubokius.com, and provide as much information as you can in your email (your order number, any issues...) and I will guide you through the return process.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. I recommend using the original packaging whenever possible. Once I receive your returned items, they will be inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the items are found to be in new, unopened, and original condition, I will proceed with the refund process. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Kindly be aware that the purchaser is responsible for covering the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Moreover, any refused shipments will not be eligible for a refund.
